Model withdrawal form

If you bought products at a distance (by phone or e-mail), you can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. Details, including refunds and returning the goods, are in our Terms and conditions, section 9.

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract: by post to Kršin 3, HR-52474 Brtonigla – Verteneglio, Croatia, or scanned by e-mail to info@veralda.hr. Using the form is not obligatory: you may also send any other clear statement of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send your statement before it expires. We confirm receipt of your statement by e-mail without delay.
