The 1000m2 wine cellar is located in the immediate vicinity of the vineyards, which allow us to preserve the freshness and top quality of each grape until processing. The cellar is excellently equiped. EU funds have been used for some investments. The total cellar capacity is 500,000 liters, with an annual production of 150,000 bottles, 10 different labels, white, rose', red and sparkling wines produced by the classical method.
The wine cellar is capacitated to receive and process grapes, a room with stainless steel tanks - where fermentation and aging takes place, with a barrique room where red and orange wines mature, bottling and storage facilities. A laboratory for basic wine analysis in order to better monitor the production process at all stages is part of the wine cellar. The production is done respecting high standards, which is why the cellar has received, among other things, an environmental certificate.
