Obtained from Malvasia from a specially selected vineyard. Aging on yeast sediment in a bottle for at least 12 months.
This sparkling wine is adorned with an elegant straw yellow color, is crystal clear and partially dense. After pouring into a glass, numerous small and fast bubbles rise from it. The first scent is dominated by fruity notes of fresh peach, a note of yeast followed by a floral note of chamomile, followed by a note of citrus like orange peel. The second smell is followed by a gentle note od meadow honey. The complexity of the scent is rich. The wine is dry, partly warm and partly soft, adorned with fine freshness and a medium body. A fruity note of nectarine appears on the aftertaste.

Pairing with food

It pairs well with cold seafood, oysters.

Serve at 6–8°C.
