Conceived as a relaxed wine tasting accompanied by food, it includes getting to know the winery and the estate, the location and the vineyard in the immediate vicinity of the cellar<\/li>\n
A brief review of the wine production process, and a tour of part of the cellar and the area with wooden barrels for aging wine<\/li>\n
During the guided tasting, five Ros\u00e9 wines, Malvazija Istriana, Ambra, San Giovanni sparkling wine Xtrian Brut are served, along with cold cuts, cheese and prosciutto from local producers, and olive oil tasting<\/li>\n
The wine selection may change depending on the season and availability<\/li>\n
In case of bad weather, the program will be held inside our winery<\/li>\n
