Crystal, straw yellow color. Pure intense fresh fruit scent reminiscent of grape peach, summer pear, with recognizable attractive floral and herbal varietal scents such as linden and elderberry and orange and jasmine flowers. In the mouth dry, medium freshness, full body, serious oily texture that continues in the aftertaste with pronounced fruitiness, like a ripe apple and Williams pear. Extremely long taste due to minerality. Fresh, but seriously layered white wine with a pronounced character, ready to
be enjoyed immediately, shows an interesting development in the glass and hints at the potential for further development in the bottle.

 

Pairing with food

 

Risotto with shrimp or prawns, risotto with mushrooms or seasonal vegetables, white fish and fish from the stone, but also richer in texture fish such as salmon.
